Karen was a wonderful professional that my husband and I worked with to search for a home in Florida. We started working with her in March of 2022. It took us until July with multiple offers before we were able to secure our current house. She accompanied us on many trips looking at homes under construction as well as existing homes in several different areas.

Karen, was always available for any questions I had concerning the purchase of the property located in Saint Petersburg . She immediately responded back with a text or a phone call . Me being a New Jersey resident , Karen made the transaction go well even with the delayed closing with the hurricane 2 weeks prior .

Karen was extremely professional from start to finish of the home buying experience. As brand new buyers in the Tampa area, it was nice to get all the updates on homes and the follow up was really good.
Once our offer was accepted the sale moved along, no help from our lender, but she was always involved behind the scenes.

We recently had the pleasure of working with Karen on the purchase of our new home. Karen was extremely responsive, understanding, and flexible. We relocated from out of state and initially had one weekend planned to look at houses. As luck would have it, our flight was delayed with the possibility of being cancelled. Karen was ready and happy to rearrange the showing schedule for the next morning, though fortunately that wasn't necessary. Midway through our scheduled showings, we found out that our top runner had multiple offers with one expected to be accepted that afternoon.
